🌍 Overseas Sales 
(Commission-Based)

🎯 Job Description

We are seeking proactive and self-driven Overseas Sales Representatives to expand our international business in the electronic components industry. This role focuses on developing new customers, driving Design-in projects, and following through to mass production orders across global markets.

 

As a strategic partner to our headquarters in Taiwan, you will represent premium brands such as TDK, EPCOS, Everlight, and more, targeting mid-tier manufacturers in telecom, industrial, and automotive sectors.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new international clients and promote electronic components (passive components, LEDs, sensors, etc.)

  • Identify Design-In opportunities and support technical design-in engagements with clients

  • Maintain long-term business relationships and coordinate with our product managers and headquarters

  • Collect and report BOM, project forecast, and competitor information

  • Drive conversion from design-win to actual PO (mass production)

  • Coordinate logistics, pricing, and delivery with internal teams

  • Utilize CRM to input customer/project data and track progress

💼 Requirements

  • Experience    -   Minimum 3 years in B2B sales or electronic components field (preferred)

  • Language      -   Fluent in English; Chinese, Japanese, or local languages a plus

  • Location        -   Flexible (remote work)

  • Skills              -   Strong communication, independent business development, CRM usage

  • Other             -   Familiarity with suppliers like Digi-Key, Mouser etc. is an advantage

💰 Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary    -   None (commission-only)

  • Commission    -   3% of revenue if design-in is in your region, but mass production is handled elsewhere  

  •                         -   5% of revenue for direct overseas PO (delivered and invoiced)

  • | Bonus | One-time bonus for significant Design-Win projects (subject to approval) 

  • | Support |

  • Sample & datasheet support

  • Remote training and access to internal ERP/CRM system

  • Dedicated product manager support (Taiwan HQ)

  • | Payment Terms |
    Monthly or quarterly commission payout based on cleared invoice records
